For the last six years, I have been studying and conducting my doctoral research at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco. It has been a wonderful community of scholar-practitioners and I have had the pleasure to work with and learn from some of the top thinkers in organization development, transformational change, and systems theory including John D. Adams, PhD, Dennis T. Jaffe, PhD, Dianna Whitney, PhD, Kathie Dannemiller, Prasad Kiapa, PhD, and Bela H. Banathy, PhD just to name a few. Currently, Saybrook is profiling me as a doctoral candidate in the Organizational Systems PhD program.
